We focus all our knowledge on extracting the maximum out of every fuel, thus consuming the minimum amount of resources. dreizler has offered optimised flow technology combustion air fans with variable speeds for more than 20 years. By using dreizler frequency technology, the combustion air fan also only conveys the precise air quantity needed for the respective load point of the burner. This applies similarly to the technologies for continual combustion monitoring and control. In dreizler oxygen the O 2 -content in flue gas is permanently and precisely determined and adjusted using high quality Lambda sensors. In this way the flue gas quantity and the resulting flue gas loss is continually monitored and minimised. The ecological highlights of the new technology: suitability for biomass fuels such as biomass to liquid (BtL), ethanol, vegetable oils, other liquid fuels or all types of bio, sewage, process and landfill gases. In addition, nitrogen emissions from conventional fuels are reduced by more than 50 % compared with the statutory limits in Germany and simultaneously the efficiency of the plant is increased by up to 5 %. The development of the hollow flame is a typical trade mark of the dreizler innovation culture representing a technological first: in a previously unknown quality, dreizler burners with hollow flame technology meet requirements for operating safety, efficiency and availability. Because in this way up to three conventional and regenerative fuels can be utilised individually, alternately or simultaneously in any mixing ratios.
