4 BrandGuard Programs AuditGuard We use a HACCP-based approach to identify program deficiencies before they negatively impact your product. Your Food Safety Specialist will conduct sanitation and GMP audits at regular intervals to identify program deficiencies and offer sustainable based solutions to address them. Follow-up training is a critical element of this program and employees will be educated on the proper procedural techniques that must be employed to address these deficiencies. RMC University s training programs include the following: Mold remediation Allergen control CIP training and flow audits by our SQF certified auditors ChemGuard Chemical safety is a primary concern. We focus on promoting the safe handling of chemicals through in-plant training which covers: Proper chemical handling techniques MSDS interpretation Label directions A video presentation with interactive discussions An employee exam and certificate Color-coded bilingual safety charts and tags GMP training with certification exam Sanitation training SQF & BRC program support

5 DrainGuard The effective control of harmful microorganisms commonly found in drains requires a drain cleaning and sanitizing program with adherence to a stringent cleaning protocol. Along with offering cleaners and sanitizers specific to drain cleaning, we also offer the following: Color-coded brushes Specific instructions on proper brush selection Unique cleaning techniques Specific storage procedures Specialized equipment FloorGuard Regardless of how often a plant floor is cleaned and sanitized, harmful microorganisms can be present. Minimizing cross-contamination between the floor and product contact surfaces is critical. FloorGuard addresses this risk from several different perspectives including: Proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques Color-coded cleaning utensils Antimicrobial floor barrier sanitizing systems Traffic pattern designs Employee training The FloorGuard program utilizes an innovative antimicrobial floor barrier called DoorGuard to reduce cross-contamination within the plant environment. The DoorGuard system will provide an antimicrobial barrier between raw and cooked processing areas, employee entrances and in warehouse areas.
