5 05 05 Zero Maintenance - Always Like New e-warranty NANO-CERAMIC quality assurance and reliability are assured with SI13 for 5 years if applied with a minimal thickness of mm and 10 years if applied with a thickness between 0.10 and 0.20mm The limited product warranty entitles the Purchaser of SI13 for building applications. When professionaly installed on concrete walls only, from discoloration, peeling, or delaminating. All claims caused by wrong cleaning chemicals other than our reactivating pure shine shampoo will be neglected. Warranty is only valid if it is registered by one of our approved Installers via our E-Warranty Registration form on our website.

6 06 06 HOW TO USE: SI13 Permanent Colour Coating System These products can be stored for up to 24 months (in a dry, temperature stable dark environment) Consumption: Approx. +/- 50gr/m 2 Processing temperature: 5 30 C Avoid direct sunlight and/or high air humidity. IMPORTANT: Before you use a NANO- CERAMIC product please make sure you wear suitable protection gear we always recommend to use Latex or Nitril gloves to make sure your hands are protected from any possible damage to your skin. It s absolutely necesarry to wear a full face chemical respirator mask and safety suit. Applicators: Application information The SI13 permanent colour system can be applied direct or indirect on all building materials (absorbing and non-absorbing) such as concrete, steel, wood, acrilic, gypsum painted or unpainted. The surface underneath will be protected against corrosion and erosion and will be cleaner for longer, and the cleaning itself becomes less time and less expensive as special cleaning agents are unnecessary. Make clean the surfaces thoroughly until the complete surface is absolutely clean. If necesarry use our Reactivating Pure Shine Shampoo in combination with a high preasure washer. Make sure that all contamination is removed so that the sealant can bond properly onto a clean surface. Make sure that the surface is completely dry before application! The surface may not become wet during application and 24 hours after application! This is a 2-Component Nano Coating System Mix bottle SI13B (250gr) with bottle SI13A (750gr) by pooring the bottle B bottle into the A bottle, or measuere by net weight in the ratio 3:1 and mix it very well. Carefullly poor the mixed content into a sprayer, spray in thin layers till the surface reach a thickness of appr µm / mm / after drying. Depending on the face, material and structure, different application techniques can be used: Paint Roller, Paint Brush, or just Whiping the surface with a cotton cloth pad Let the surface dry for 24 hours. (85% is cured after 24 hours, and the remaining 15% will be fully cured after 7 days). Be aware that mixed content can not be stored longer then 3 hours.the surface can simply be mantained with a High Pressure washer at bar using our biologically degradable Reactivating Shampoo Tool cleaning The individual components as well as the mixed system can be diluted with our Steril Cleaner.
