His experience as an Engineer has provided him with the knowledge to design and prepare construction plans, bid documents, perform value engineering to provide cost effective designs, and an understanding of the construction phase process. Major Projects Include: TxDOT Waco North Loop N. Troy: Mr. Kronkosky was responsible for preparing plans, specifications & estimates (PS&E) on approximately 6.4 miles of IH 35 in Bell County from north of LP 363 in Temple to north of the City of Troy. Mr. Kronkosky served as a Lead Drainage Designer for these multi-lane improvements. Designs include; storm sewer and culvert analysis, bridge and floodplain hydrology and hydraulic modeling, and roadway open channel drainage. Kuykendahl Regional Detention Basin (P E005) - HCFCD, Houston, TX: Mr. Kronkosky provided preliminary engineering for Kuykendahl Regional Detention Basin P545 for Harris County Flood Control. The design consisted of 3D surface modeling of the 2,900 ac-ft regional facility and generating a proposed DTM for calculating storage. The proposed basin improvements were prepared using Geopak Site.
