ECOTREAT WASTE DIGESTER ECOTREAT Is a micro-organism based product. It assists in managing sewage and other organic waste. Breaks down organic waste including fats & toilet paper resulting in a by-product that is predominantly water. It reduces SMELL, FLIES & MOSQUITOES in the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)

WWTP DESIGN SPECS Limited to black and grey water, or industrial waste of organic origin Based on aerobic digestion process Min 24 hrs retention time Up to 500m3/day Civil works done by client Water to NEMA standards

WWTP PROCESS Stabilization Aeration & Bioreactor Sedimentation & Recirculation Clarification Secondary Treatment

TYPICAL LAYOUT FOR WWTP

STAGES OF WWT 1 st Stage Stabilization Chamber Raw waste flows into this chamber. Settling of large particles and grit occurs. Introduction of Ecotreat Enzyme Bacteria. 2 nd Stage -Aeration Chamber Aeration pump installed to provide aerobic conditions for breakdown of decomposable wastes. 3 rd Stage Sedimentation Chamber Final settlement occurs here. Submersible pump is installed to recycle sludge back to the Stabilization chamber.

STAGES OF WWT cont 4 th Stage Clarification Chamber Clean/clarified water collects. Filter pump installed here to pump clarified water through the CXD filter. 5 th Stage -Chlorination / Sand Filtration Stage Chlorine dosing is done to sanitize clarified water. Sand filtration is done to remove any sediments in the clarified water. Activated carbon filtration done to remove any odour and colour from the water Water out of these 2 processes is properly treated to suitable quality for irrigation purposes or discharge to storm drains. Treated water meets NEMA standards
