Since 1956, especially in the metal sector, our companies which have made a significant contribution to the recycling sector of our country by collecting and seperating the production remnant of the factories, are Uygun Kardeþler Sac ve Demir Ticareti A.Þ., Baþaranlar Demir Çelik Ýnþaat ve Ticaret A.Þ. as well as in 2005, initiating to restructuring process we founded Ada Metal Demir Çelik Geri Dönüþüm San. ve Tic. A.Þ. Company and we have started the process of collecting all of our activities to this company. Ada Metal since the , it has been maintaining its activities constructed on m² land and new facilities with m² closed area in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. This place is also positioned as a company's headquarters and the company's largest storage and separation facility as well. In our roll sheet height cutting facilities where is located here, dimensional sheet metal cutting and selling are carried out in there. -1-

There are 12 pcs Collection, Separation and Recycling Facilities in Turkey and in the overseas countries in Romania and Cyprus 1 pcs, in total we have 14 pcs facilities. 7 ADARAD DÖKÜM ÜRÜNLERÝ SANAYÝ ve TÝCARET A.Þ. Other Group Companies Adarad Casting Products Facility operates on 45th km of Bursa-Ankara highway in Ýnegöl Organized Industrial Zone. Our facility was established by Koç Holding in 1987 within the Demirdöküm A.Þ. structure on an area of m² and it named Demrad A.Þ. in 2002 and its total covered area is m². The Demrad A.Þ. in 2007 after Demirdöküm A.Þ. was sold to Vaillant Group; it separated from Demirdöküm A.Þ. and began to operate within the Koç Holding structure. In September 2008 Demrad A.Þ. was purchased by Ada Metal Group and continues its operations under named of Adarad. Adarad A.Þ. is one of the leading companies with in the Europe Cast Heating Sector. Products, which are produced by Adarad brand or with other brands, are floor standing boilers, central boilers and natural gas stoves, casting radiators, electric heaters and foundry fireplaces. Adarad is a shareholder of 40% European cast boiler and radiator market and it has been exporting to heating sector of Europe's global companies like Baxi, Diedietrich, Ferroli, Vaillant, Sime. In addition to these products, with new investments we are also produced production of spare parts for the automotive industry, casting manhole cover and casting canal grates. Provides foreign currency earnings to our country by exporting most of its production to Europe, North Africa, Middle East, America and Canada. Today Adarad A.Þ. has 6 million pieces of casting radiator sections, 50 thousand floor-standing boilers (up to 70 kw), 5 thousand central system casting boilers (between 70 kw to 1 MW) and 150 thousand natural gas stoves production capacity. Adarad A.Þ. fulfill 40% of the Europe casting radiator market, 4% of the Europe casting boilers and central heating market, 80% of Turkey casting radiator market and 35% of Turkey cast boilers and floor standing boiler. Founded in 2017, our this company carries out the overseas marketing, sales, export and import activities of products, which are produced by Adarad Döküm Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Þ. ADA INTERNATIONAL SRL (ROMANYA) Our recycling and decompositioning plant, which has been operating since 2005, has been constructed on a m² land in Romania and has m² closed area. 8 Our Participations KUMSAN DÖKÜM MALZEMELERÝ SANAYÝ ve TÝCARET A.Þ. Kumsan, in 1980, within the member of the Iron Steel Casting Industry Association which was chaired by our 8th President Mr. Turgut Özal, has been founded with ten million TL capitals by 22 industrialist, which involved our other company Adarad Döküm Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Þ. As a Adarad A.Þ. our participation share is 25,14%. Institution, which foresees the reduction of the medium and long-term supply risks of the foundry sands, produced 13,000 tons of sand as a result of 1,5 years of trial production and field work, and 8,000 tons of this was sold. The 1990 s were real breakthrough and development period of the company, and the company's capacity was increased up to 180,000 tons per year. Silica Sand is produced by Kumsan, is one of the important raw material in the automotive, heavy equipment, durable consumer goods, iron and steel casting industry. In addition to this, Silica sand is also used as a main input in the Construction Sector GRP-based pipe industry.
