Hazards Identification Emergency overview WARNING Potential health effects Routes of exposure Eyes Skin Inhalation Ingestion Target organs Prolonged exposure may cause chronic effects. If product is in liquid or paste form, physical or health hazards listed related to dust are not considered significant. However, product may contain substances that could be potential hazards if caused to become airborne due to grinding, sanding or other abrasive processes. Inhalation. Ingestion. Skin contact. Eye contact. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid contact with the skin. Prolonged inhalation may be harmful. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Components of the product may be absorbed into the body by ingestion. Do not ingest. Cardiac. Central nervous system. Eyes. Respiratory system. Skin. Potential environmental effects May cause long-term adverse effects in the environment. 3. Composition / Information on Ingredients Hazardous components CAS # Percent Ethylene Glycol Diethylene glycol hydrate n-hazardous components CAS # Percent Alpha-(dodecylphenyl)-omega-hydroxy-poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) Other components below reportable levels First Aid Measures First aid procedures Eye contact Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If a contact lens is present, DO NOT delay irrigation or attempt to remove the lens. Continue rinsing. Get medical attention immediately. 1 / 6

2 Skin contact Inhalation Ingestion tes to physician General advice 5. Fire Fighting Measures Flammable properties Extinguishing media Suitable extinguishing media Unsuitable extinguishing media Fire fighting equipment/instructions Explosion data Sensitivity to static discharge Sensitivity to mechanical impact Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes. Immediately flush skin with plenty of water. Get medical attention immediately. For minor skin contact, avoid spreading material on unaffected skin. Wash clothing separately before reuse. Move to fresh air. Oxygen or artificial respiration if needed. Do not use mouth-to-mouth method if victim inhaled the substance. Induce artificial respiration with the aid of a pocket mask equipped with a one-way valve or other proper respiratory medical device. Get medical attention, if needed. Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do not induce vomiting without advice from poison control center. If vomiting occurs, keep head low so that stomach content doesn't get into the lungs. Do not use mouth-to-mouth method if victim ingested the substance. Induce artificial respiration with the aid of a pocket mask equipped with a one-way valve or other proper respiratory medical device. If ingestion of a large amount does occur, call a poison control center immediately. Symptoms may be delayed. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice (show the label where possible). Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved, and take precautions to protect themselves. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance. t flammable by WHMIS criteria. Alcohol resistant foam. Water fog. Dry chemical powder. Carbon dioxide (CO2). Do not use water jet as an extinguisher, as this will spread the fire. 6. Accidental Release Measures Personal precautions Environmental precautions Methods for containment Methods for cleaning up 7. Handling and Storage Handling Keep unnecessary personnel away. Keep people away from and upwind of spill/leak. Do not touch damaged containers or spilled material unless wearing appropriate protective clothing. For personal protection, see section 8 of the MSDS. Do not contaminate water. Use water spray to reduce vapors or divert vapor cloud drift. Stop the flow of material, if this is without risk. Dike the spilled material, where this is possible. Should not be released into the environment. Large Spills: Stop the flow of material, if this is without risk. Dike the spilled material, where this is possible. Cover with plastic sheet to prevent spreading. Absorb in vermiculite, dry sand or earth and place into containers. Following product recovery, flush area with water. Small Spills: Wipe up with absorbent material (e.g. cloth, fleece). Clean surface thoroughly to remove residual contamination. Never return spills to original containers for re-use. For waste disposal, see section 13 of the MSDS. Avoid prolonged exposure. Do not use in areas without adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment. Storage Store in original tightly closed container. Store away from incompatible materials (see Section 10 of the MSDS). 2 / 6

4 Engineering controls Personal protective equipment Eye / face protection Skin protection Respiratory protection Good general ventilation should be used. Ventilation rates should be matched to conditions. If applicable, use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to maintain airborne levels below recommended exposure limits. If exposure limits have not been established, maintain airborne levels to an acceptable level. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Wear safety glasses with side shields (or goggles). Wear chemical protective equipment that is specifically recommended by the manufacturer. It may provide little or no thermal protection. In the case of respirable dust and/or fumes, use self-contained breathing apparatus. Use a NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator if there is a risk of exposure to vapor/mist at levels exceeding the exposure limits. 9.
