FIRST AID MEASURES Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Keep at rest. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Eye contract: In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Skin Contract: Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Inhalation: Keep patient warm and at rest. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Move to fresh air. Note to Physician: Initial treatment should be symptomatic and supportive. Elimination by dialysis (forced alkaline diuresis) or haemoperfusion Monitoring of respiratory, cardiac and central nervous system. EEG - monitoring (Electroencephalogram). Monitor fluid balance. Endotracheal intubation should be done and gastric lavage performed, followed by administration of Charcoal and Sodium Sulphate. Artificial respiration and/or oxygen may be necessary. Therapeutical: Phenobarbital-Sodium, 1 mg/kg intra-muscular or subcutaneously till maximum 5 mg/kg daily; when necessary, 10 mg Diazepam slowly intravenously.

3 There is no specific antidote. Contraindication: atropine. Recovery: spontaneous. Symptoms of poisoning may not appear for several hours. Keep under medical supervision for at least 48 hours. SECTION 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water spray, foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder. Extinguishing media which must not be useful for safety reasons: High volume water jet Special Fighting Procedures: Keep out of smoke. Fight fire from upwind position. Use self-contained breathing equipment. Contain runoff by diking to prevent entry into sewers or waterways. Equipment or materials involved in pesticide fires may become contaminated. Specific Hazards during the fighting: Carbon monoxide (CO), Nitrogen oxides (NO x ), Phosphorus oxides (e.g. phosphorus pentoxide), Sulphur oxides. SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL SPIL/RELEASE MEASURES Keep unauthorized people away. Do not walk through spilled material. Avoid skin contact. Wear proper protective equipment. Take up with absorbent material (e.g. sand, diatomaceous earth or a proprietary absorbent material). Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.

4 SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling: Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Washing thoroughly after handling this product. Do not store on consume food, drink or tobacco in areas where they may become contaminated with this material. Users Should: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove clothing immediately if pesticide get inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Remove personal protective equipment immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place out of reach of children. Keep container tightly closed. Do not store or consume food, drink or tobacco in areas where they may become contaminated with this material. SECTION 8. EXPOSURE CONTROL/PERSONAL PROTECTION Personal protective equipment Respiratory Protection: No personal respiratory protective equipment normally required. Respiratory protection should only be used to control residual risk of short duration activities, when all reasonably practicable steps have been taken to reduce exposure at source e.g. containment and/or local extract ventilation. Always follow respirator manufacturer's instructions regarding wearing and maintenance. Hand Protection: Wear CE Marked (or equivalent) nitrile rubber gloves (minimum thickness 0,40 mm). Wash when contaminated. Dispose of when contaminated inside, when perforated or when contamination outside cannot be removed. Wash hands always before eating, drinking, smoking or using the toilet. Eye protection:

5 Wear goggles conforming to EN166 (Field of Use 5 or equivalent). Skin and body protection: Wear standard coverall and Type 6 suit. Wear two layers of clothing wherever possible. Polyester/cotton or cotton overalls should be worn under chemical protection suit and should be professionally laundered frequently. SECTION 9. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Acute toxicity/irritation Studies (End product): Oral: Slightly Toxic LD50 for rats 2760 mg/kg; Dermal: Slightly Toxic LD50 for rats > 2000 mg/kg; Inhalation: Slightly Toxic LC50 (4 h) for rats > 2.10 mg/l; Eye contact: Moderate eye irritant (rabbits); Skin Contact: Slight skin irritant (rabbits); Skin Sensitization: Not a skin sensitizer (LLNA method). Other: No teratogenic, carcinogenic, mutagenic or neurotoxic effects have been observed. SECTION 12. 7 Earthworm: Practically non-toxic to earthworm LC50 for Eisenia fetida >1000 mg a.i./kg soil Soil/Environment (glufosinate ammonium) Rapidly degraded in surface levels of soil, and in water. Because of polarity, it and its metabolites do not bioaccumulate. Adsorption is more correlated with clay content than organic matte. SECTION 13. DISPOSAL INFORMATION Product: In accordance with current regulations may be taken to waste disposal site or incineration plant, after consultation with site operator and/or with the responsible authority. Advice may be obtained from the local waste regulation authority (part of the Environment Agency in the UK). Contaminated packaging: Small containers (< 10 L or < 10 kg) should be rinsed thoroughly using an integrated pressure rinsing device, or, by manually rinsing three times. Add washings to sprayer at time of filling. Dispose of empty and cleaned packaging safely. Large containers (> 25 L or > 25 kg) should not be rinsed or re-used for any other purpose. Return large containers to supplier. Follow advice on product label and/or leaflet. SECTION 14.
