5 Profiles of Trainers is a consultant for development and education. He was born in 1968 in Bonn/Germany. Forsbach studied business economics in Cologne. Then he continued his studies and obtained his certification as energy advisor. After his studies, he worked for several associations where he advised entrepreneurs in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency. He is currently engaged in planning Energy Efficient Concepts and conducts training programs on this subject as a freelance consultant in the building sector. He is married and has two children. He lives in Bonn. Julius OGALLO Julius Ogallo is one of the energy auditors contracted by KAM but is also doing many audits outside KAM. He is a registered mechanical engineer with a post graduate Diploma in Energy (new Zealand) and a MBA (Switzerland). With more than 15 years of professional experiences, he is running his own engineering and consultancy company, LIBROS Engineering services Ltd. Besides energy audits, he did a lot of pre-feasibility studies for Renewable Energy projects (e.g. wind projects, Solar PV projects, mini-hydro power plants). Llewellyn van Wyk Llewellyn van Wyk is an expert on the construction sector, especially in the fields of sustainable building and construction activities, skills development, and advanced construction technologies. Graduated in Architecture at University of Cape Town, Llewellyn has more than twenty-two years' experience as a practising architect, and five years' experience in studies and contract research related to the construction sector, spanning the fields of construction industry development, built environment professions skills development and training, sustainable building and construction evaluation and reporting, holistic building design and planning, policy and strategy development, and advanced construction technology research.
