2 SECTION 4. FIRST AID MEASURES Eye Immediately wash eye with water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. Skin Remove soiled clothes and wash skin with soap and water for at least 15 minutes. Wash soiled clothes separately from other articles before wearing again. Ingestion Inhalation Note to Physician If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Get immediate medical attention. Take this MSDS and the original container well closed with you (if possible). In cases of difficult breathing, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration and get medical attention immediately. In the event of large amounts being ingested, the following measures should be considered: Monitor function of kidney, liver and red blood count. Gastric lavage, charcoal administration and elimination by dialysis. SECTION 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Flash Point CLOSED CUP: 72± 2 C Suitable Extinguishing Media Fire Fighting Instructions Water, water mist, foam or dry chemical. Use water spray to cool off fire exposed surfaces and to protect personnel. Firefighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Prevent fire run-off from entering streams or lakes. SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Land Spill or Leaks Wear appropriate protective equipment for spill clean-up. SMALL SPILL: Absorb with sand or other non-combustible material like clay or kitty litter. LARGE SPILL: Dike up and contain the spill in appropriate recovery containers. Absorb rest with sand, earth or clay. Decontaminate the area and used equipment with laundry bleach (Javex) or hydrated lime. SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling Procedures Wear suitable protective clothing, rubber gloves, pesticide approved respirator and eye protection when handling this product. Page 2 of 6

3 Storing Procedures Store in a cool (10-27 C), well ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Do not handle or store near flame, heat or strong oxidants. Do not store or transport with food, feed, seed, or fertilizer. Do not use polyethylene plastic containers for storage. Keep out of reach of children. SECTION 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION General Protection When spraying, wear clean, well fitted goggles, pesticide approved respirator, protective clothing and gloves. Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling this product. Wash your hands, before eating, drinking, smoking or before touching anything or anyone. See handling and Work Practices, section 7. Do not feed treated plants (crop of underseeded legumes) to live stock SECTION 13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS General Disposal Guidance Dispose in accordance with local regulations (eg. Government approved incinerator). Mixing with strong alkali like lime or caustic soda speeds up degradation. Empty containers should be TRIPLE RINSED and destroyed in a manner approved by the Provincial Ministry of Environment. DO NOT RE-USE empty containers. RCRA Classification SECTION 14.
