2 DEIIARki SUgAR MILLS (pv-r) LIMITEd Statement of Reasons in Support of Modification: Addition: Management of the DSML intends to obtain and install one power generation unit of 3 MW by transferring it from JDW Sugar Mills Limited (Unit-I) which is holding Company of DSML. Deletion: Management of the DSML intends to dismantle its existing one power generation unit of 6 MW by transferring it to JDW Sugar Mills Limited (Unit-II) which is holding Company of DSML. Statement of the Impact on the Tariff, Quality of Service and Licensee Performance under License: In our view, there will be no such impact on Tariff, Quality of Service and Licensee Performance except reduction of its Power Generation capacity. We have attached below documents in this regard along with this application: 1) Demand Draft of Rs. 80,000 favoring National Electric Power Regulatory Authority being Modification fee; 2) Copy of Generation License Issued by NEPRA of Deharki Sugar Mills (Private) Limited SGC/74/2011; 3) Extract of Board Resolution Authorizing Mr. Munir Ahmad Daha to apply and deal with the Modification of license.
