4 SERVICES Energy Monitoring Term: 20 years Treepublic will set up a custom-tailored PV monitoring system providing real-time data on module-level and systemlevel production, historical performance, and system status. Maintenance Warranty Term: 15 years We will provide maintenance support by replacing or repairing any damaged units, including modules and inverters. Performance Guarantee Term: 20 years We stand by our projections and guarantee that average annual production targets will be met in accordance with the solar panels lifetime production metrics, provided that system is maintained to prevent soiling, or we will make up the difference via direct reimbursement or solar module addition(s). ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES Before going solar, we strongly encourage you to invest in energy efficiency upgrades such as LED lighting, insulation and ultra-efficient appliances. We can help provide insight into the best products and practices pertaining not only to electric, but also natural gas and water conservation. To save even more on your home electricity use and maximize the benefits from your solar installation, we recommend conducting a comprehensive energy audit of your home. ELECTRIC VEHICLE SERVICES We install electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE) which will extend the benefits of solar to your transportation needs. Please let us know if electric vehicle charging is an option you d like to consider for the future. We will ensure that ample power capacity is secured from the start, and install only the highest-efficiency Level 2 (or better) chargers to expedite charging times.
