24 Energy Efficient Buildings (EEB) Any size building can apply, but mainly intended for buildings less than 50,000 square feet. Application due prior to bidding equipment Construction documents, submittals, and equipment specs are reviewed and a preliminary incentive amount is given. Onsite verification after construction completion will determine final incentive amount.
