6 LED Product Introduction LED Emitters Features: High efficiency heat dissipation with plant fin heat sink structure. Eutectic bonding with no flux residue. High thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion ceramic substrate. Designed for direct heat conductivity carrier lenses. Reflow solderable for Surface Mount SMD design. Thermal Resistance: 3 C/W (From LED junction to solder point) Able to reduce the size of the heat sink structure while maintaining its heat dissipation advantage. The reduction in size of LED emitter allows for more variety in design of lighting appliances. Characteristics: High brightness & high efficiency.
