2 TULSION A-722 MP STYRENIC MACROPOROUS STRONG BASE ANION EXCHANGE RESIN FOR SUGAR DECOLOURIZATION AND ORGANIC REMOVAL. Tulsion A-722MP is a polystyrenic Macroporous strong base (Type-I) anion exchange resin, with matrix containing quaternary ammonium groups, supplied as moist spherical beads in the Chloride form. Tulsion A-722MP has excellent physical characteristics due to its macro porous nature, is used for de-colorization of sugars solutions, where the concentrations of the coloring bodies are relatively high. This resin is easily regenerable by using alkaline brine solution. This resin is generally used in combination with Tulsion A-30MP acrylic strong base for the removal of residual color from the treated sugar solution. The advantages of this resin are exceptional physical and chemical stability leading to long life, high operating capacity and low rinse requirements. It is suited for use in a wide range of ph and elevated temperature conditions.
