20 HVAC ENERGY CONSERVATION HVAC SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE ENERGY PERFORMANCE. HEAT RECOVERY FACILITIES SUCH AS HEAT EXCHANGERS HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED IN EXTRACT/SUPPLY AIR SYSTEMS TO ENSURE THAT THE MAXIMUM AVAILABLE ENERGY IS RECOVERED FOR TEMPERING THE INCOMING AMBIENT AIR. A COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS EMPLOYED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CENTRAL CONTROL, MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT OF ENERGY USAGE FOR THE COMPLETE BUILDING SERVICES.
21 HVAC ENERGY CONSERVATION ALL DUCTWORK AND PIPEWORK IS WELL INSULATED TO ASHRAE STANDARD IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE ENERGY LOSSES AND MAXIMIZE POTENTIAL ENERGY RECOVERY.

32 WATER CONSERVATION LOW FLOW FIXTURES: REDUCTION IN POTABLE WATER USEAGE: REDUCTION OF DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMPTION THROUGHT UTILIZATION OF LOW FLUSH AND LOW FLOW FIXTURE UNITS. CONDENSATE RECOVERY FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS REUSED FOR IRRIGATION THEREBY REDUCING WATER USEAGE. FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM WATER: THE REGULARLY REQUIRED TESTING OF THE FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM USES WATER THAT IS CHANNELLED TO THE CONDENSATE RECOVERY TANK AND REUSED AS WELL.
