45 VENTURI EFFECT BETWEEN BUILDINGS: FACT OR FICTION? There is no Venturi effect in the passage between these buildings because it is not a confined flow. Actually, wind tunnel measurements and CFD simulations show the opposite effect. This is a deeply rooted misunderstanding about wind flow between buildings.
