3 5. Solar training schedule & curriculum We conduct solar training for total 30 hours for engineering student. As per industry requirement of techno commercial profile we train student in technical, government policy and techno management aspect of solar industry. 75% of our training is based on technical aspect and 25% remaining on techno management aspect. We complete our training in 5 to 7 days. He has 2+ years of work experience in energy sector at Reliance Industries Limited, Infozech and on various domains like project financing, energy consulting, policy proposals and marketing strategy. Being a strong passion for Climate Change, Energy and Sustainability, he has been recognized as 2 nd youngest certified climate leader in India trained by Mr. Al Gore. He has represented Nutrino Energy and India as a whole on various international platforms like Nudge global leadership challenge (Netherlands), Young Leaders Debate (Masdar, Abu Dhabi), International Youth Forum (Korea), Climate Reality Project (Istanbul), Harvard (US) and many more. Mr. Raam Singh (Co-founder, Lead Technology) Raam Singh comes up with rich experience in solar industry. He has experience in working in different application of solar energy like installation of solar roof top, solar water pump and designing of solar power project. He holds Engineering degree in the field of Electronics & Telecomm from Sikkim Manipal institute of technology, Gangtok. He has worked as a project fellow in NISE (National Institute of Solar Energy), Gurgaon (SEC) and worked for Central electronics limited.after that he worked for other private player in solar sector as a project engineer and executed more than 500 kwp of solar rooftop project in a very short span of time. He shares a strong passion to scale up the application solar energy in each and every aspect from domestic to commercial use. Mr. Tarini Prasad Sahoo (Co-founder, Lead Business Development) Tarini Prasad Sahoo is a first generation entrepreneur and adds quality, Creativity & commitment for excellence in the organization. 6 Electronics & Telecomm from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. Having worked in software industry in TATA group for 2 years and then perused MBA in Energy management from Great Lakes institute of Management. After MBA he has worked in Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry", where he was handling the Renewable energy department and worked closely with Government department (MNRE, CERC, NISE etc) & Private corporate world to develop an ecosystem where renewable energy can develop as a whole. He is passionate about making the solar industry to play a dominant role in growth of India and empower rural India. Mr. Uday Bhushan Singh (Co-founder, Lead Operations) Uday Bhushan Singh adds more value to the technical aspect in the organization. He holds Engineering degree in the field of Electronics & Telecomm from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. He has exceptional knowledge about robotics and microprocessor based technology. He has more than two years of professional experience in software industry in HCL technology. He is passionate in eradication of energy poverty in rural India through renewable source of energy and increasing access to renewable energy & Energy Efficiency in urban India.
