5 NY-Sun Standard Offer NY-Sun PON 2112 Open enrollment Non-competitive Customers can find an eligible PV contractor at: d-a-contractor/photovoltaic- Installers.aspx

6 PON 2112 NY-Sun Standard Offer Two-tier incentive structure $1.15/Watt up to 50kW $0.75/Watt for remaining wattage up to 200KW. Residential incentives capped at 25kW Commercial incentives capped at 200kW Farms with residential meter classification can receive the commercial incentive, and keep the residential classification up to 100kW

8 NY-Sun Standard Offer Financing Options Pay cash or private financing NYSERDA will soon have Green Jobs Green New York Financing - expanded to include renewable systems. Power Purchase Agreement or Lease PACE financing NYSERDA launching the new Green Bank

9 Solar Thermal PON 2149 $4.3 million available in 2013 incentive budget Open enrollment Incentive level for all systems is $1.50 per displaced kwh. Caps are: 1. $4,000 per Residential System 2. $25,000 per Non-Residential System Eligible Installer Network

10 NYSERDA Contractors PON 2112 and PON 2149 Uses a network of eligible contractors to provide and install the PV Systems. Incentives are paid directly to the contractor, who is required to pass them on to the utility customer.

12 NY-Sun Competitive Bid Large Systems PON Competitive Bid $30 million available Competitive BID based on low price (Minimum = 200 kw) Incentives paid based on actual measured performance over a 3-year run period, plus some upfront cash-flow Bonus payments (not to exceed $3 million cap) for systems installed within Strategic Locations Large system (200kW +) in NYISO zones G&H and I&J - Downstate Proposals Due December 30, 2013, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time
