3 Excellent thermal convection system In a reflow oven, the efficiency of the heat transfer has a primary effect on all aspects of quality, productivity and running costs which directly influences profitability. Our heat transfer guarantees a minimum ΔT which translates into maximum profile flexibility. Provides maximum heat capacity to rapidly reach temperature setting points, at low rates of power consumption, within a short period of time. The special process chamber s design makes the air convection uniform and temperature profile changeover easy. Profile spikes per zone are eliminated with better zone segregation and decreased cross flow. The nozzle plate design allows coverage of the boards, with hot air, in all directions for good uniformity. Our heater generates the desired temperature faster than any other reflow heat source and responds in less than half a second to a temperature change of less than 0.1 C; thus maintaining the highest level of temperature repeatability.

4 Reliable conveyor system Due to our secure transport system you receive a stable process while reducing maintenance time, cost and machine downtime. The standard conveyor system is equipped with mesh and chain rail which ensures the repeatability for 24/7, 3 shift production. Maintains rail width distance in high temperature environments with only +/- 1.0mm variation to keep the board transport stable and to avoid board drop and misalignment. With dual lane, production becomes simpler and faster with top and bottom sides through a single oven or different boards on a dual line, in a single oven. Provides more production space, fewer assets and operational cost savings. Independent motors per lane to control the speed to run different kinds of PCBs simultaneously with different temperature profiles. 5 Nitrogen system A wide range of PPM levels can be selected with nitrogen consumption rates as low as possible for your board size. An internal oxygen sensor and proportioning valve are used to minimize nitrogen consumption with a reduction in related costs by up to 50%! The TP series uses a completely sealed design inside the chamber of the oven for effective protection against nitrogen leaks. The nitrogen system is used for lead free processes no matter if it is a single lane or dual lane option. All of the nitrogen options include the high quality nitrogen hermetic configuration, nitrogen flow meter, oxygen analyzer, and water chiller as standard accessories.

6 Powerful cooling zone CE quality electrical system Profile monitoring The cooling zone is configured with 3 top and bottom zones allowing adjustable convection speed for the desired cooling slope. A water chiller cooling system is optional. The fans in the individual zones can be controlled separately (option) to give accurate temperature control, and maintain cooling gradients. This assures stress-free cooling for your PCBs. Assembled with know branded parts: Lenovo PC,SIEMENS PLC, AB American controller, Schneider switch, Panasonic motor, Carlo Gavazzi relay, etc. The electrical system meets the European and international quality and safety standards. 7 Powerful flux collection system with easy maintenance The powerful flux management is standard in the TP series oven. Both front and back end exhausts are installed with quick release metallic filters, as is the heat exchanger, for less and easier maintenance Continuous automatic rail lubrication to avoid conveyor motor load and maintain a consistent conveyor speed.
