2 drinking water We build systems of any size and design! Drinking water reservoir Drinking water reservoir with waterless access area Material: PE-HD plastic Dimensions: Diameter 1500 to 3000 mm Volume: 2 to 10 cubic metres Ventilation with integrated insect screen High quality stainless steel entry hatch, lockable, equipped with gas struts Lifting eye Stainless steel ladder Inlet according to customer needs Chamber for sand deposition Stand pipe with overflow Partition wall Screen Gate valve Outlet according to customer needs Inclined base ensures removal of residual liquid Perforated plate for retaining dirt Level baseplate for easy installation on a gravel bed 2 Water is essential to life

3 Drinking water reservoir with service chamber Material: Concrete, walls lined with PE-HD plastic Volume: 100 to 1,000 cubic metres Color: Interior lining in blue drinking water Made of precast concrete or site concrete In this design, the service chamber and water storage are made of reinforced concrete. To ensure a food-safe surface, the storage areas are lined with PE-HD plastic. Water reservoir Service chamber Water reservoir we clean and protect it 3

4 drinking water Constructed wetlands Constructed wetlands are the most natural and efficient form of domestic wastewater treatment! They offer exemplary environmental cost of emptying your septic tank into the municipal sewage treatment plant can be reduced. After only a few years, the investment costs are amortized. sustainability, largely maintenance-free operation and the highest cost-effectiveness. The use of high quality technologies combined with competent support We can design your constructed wetlands and you will see how rapidly the make us a leader in the water treatment sector. 5 Sequencing Batch Reactor The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process is a variant of the conventional activated sludge process. The SBR consists of a reaction chamber which first acts as a biological reactor and then as a sedimentation basin. The cycle begins with the filling phase in which the first degradation processes start, followed by the main degradation or reaction phase. During the sedimentation phase, a clear layer of water forms and the activated sludge settles. In the In contrast to continuously flown last phase, the clear water is extracted through reactors, sequencing batch reactors are filled and emptied on a batch basis at irregular intervals. The conventional spatial separation of the biological and the remaining sludge is pumped to the sludge storage. Thus, the cleaning cycle is completed and the reactor is ready for refilling. processes and the sedimentation is replaced by a temporal separation. 6 drinking water Sewage sludge humification Sewage sludge is an aqueous substance The basin is filled with sewage sludge obtained as by-product in the operation over an extended period (up to several of a wastewater treatment plant. years). In the last few months before In order to achieve effective separation evacuation, no more sewage sludge is of solids and water, the sewage sludge added and the basin can rest. is transferred to a humification basin, During this period, the sewage sludge is where solids are deposited and the residual water is returned to the sewage The obtained humified sledge can be re- fed into other beds. purification plant. turnded to the cycle of nature.
