2 The entire range of thermal spray processes is offered by. Besides independent coating units for Plasma, HVOF, Powder Flame, Wire Flame or Electric Arc spraying, also Multi-Process systems, such as the sophisticated MP-100 system, can be installed. In the case of the MP-100, the modular control system can handle several processes at the same time. Turn Key projects do not only involve the equipment deliveries. All projects are fully engineered and the final lay-out and customer setup is designed in the most effective way. After the installation of the equipment, a dedicated training on system operation, maintenance and thermal spray technology is given as an integral part of the entire project. After installation of the coating system, the customer can then start his production immediately and with the highest efficiency, without having to go through the learning-curve.
