2 Tony Bosecker, P.E m Tony.Bosecker@freese.com Tony Bosecker leads geotechnical services in our Water Resources Group, supporting water transmission, water/wastewater, transportation and energy projects. He specializes in performing geotechnical investigations and analyses for dams, levees, reservoirs and water and wastewater treatment projects. As Manager of the Geotechnical Group, Tony has worked with the Tarrant Regional Water District on the Eagle Mountain Balancing Reservoir and the Integrated Pipeline project and worked on the design of four dams for the Boy Scouts of America s new National Jamboree site in West Virginia. Tony joined our Fort Worth office after receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering and B.S. in Geology from the University of Illinois.

4 Dustin Mortensen, P.E m Dustin.Mortensen@freese.com Dustin Mortensen serves as Project Manager in the Central Division s Water Resources Group. Dustin specializes in the design, rehabilitation and inspection of dams. Dustin has inspected more than 70 dams and is the engineer for many dam modification projects including the Olmos Dam Rehabilitation in Bexar County and Longhorn Dam for Austin Energy. Executing projects for clients across the Central Region, Dustin works on projects ranging from small earthen dams to large concrete dams. Dustin joined our Austin office in 2004 upon graduation from Utah State University where he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering and his M.S. in Hydraulics.

5 It is up to us to learn from our past and in turn create our future. There are many times in life when a storm can weather the foundation, but what is really important is learning how to mend the cracks. WATER RESOURCES Design of Dams Dam Rehabilitation and Inspection

6 Juan Sierra, P.E. On site at DFW Airport m Juan.Sierra@freese.com Juan Sierra is the Implementation Manager for the DFW Airport Terminal Renewal Improvement Program (TRIP). In this role he serves as the owner s representative in the planning, coordination and implementation of the progress of airport facilities. Juan manages the implementation of all design concepts and construction activities such as the $340 million Terminal B project, the newly approved $42 million Stinger Terminal and the $21 million International Gate conversion, all at DFW Airport. Juan, who joined Freese and Nichols in 2010, has more than 15 years of transportation and terminal expertise. He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.

7 Although my job is very demanding, it is equally rewarding and I look forward to new challenges every day. It is an honor to be selected as an Associate. 8 Ignacio Cadena, P.E m Ignacio.Cadena@freese.com Ignacio Cadena serves as a Project Manager and client representative in the Water/ Wastewater and Reuse Engineering Group. His engineering specialties include water and wastewater treatment, chemical feed facilities, pump station design, hydraulic analysis and industrial pretreatment studies. Ignacio has managed multiple water and wastewater projects including the design of a new Membrane Facility for the Somervell County Water District; the Big Spring Raw Water Production Facility for the Colorado River Municipal Water District; Lewisville Cannibal Process Improvements and the Anaerobic Digester Improvements for Wichita Falls (WWTP). Ignacio has 13 years of experience at Freese and Nichols. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico.

10 Richard Weatherly, P.E m Richard.Weatherly@freese.com Richard Weatherly is an engineer and Project Manager in Freese and Nichols Water and Wastewater Master Planning group. Richard provides master planning expertise and has developed hydraulic models and Capital Improvement Plans for clients throughout Texas. He has experience in training clients in the use of modeling software and integration of GIS and water and wastewater models. He has been the leader in developing Freese and Nichols unidirectional flushing programs which enable utilities to resolve water quality and water aging problems. He is the Project Manager for multiple water planning and design projects for Anadarko Petroleum as well as managing water and wastewater master planning and impact fee studies for municipalities and river authorities. Richard joined Freese and Nichols in 2003 after receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin.
