6 FAQ Q. How do the products differ from traditional chemical products? A. It is called Micelle Technology which very simplistically means that the product changes the molecular structure of grease & grime and prevents it from adhering to the surface, holding it in suspension. This is why it needs water to help it work. Q. Are they more expensive than traditional chemical cleaners? A. Because many of the products are very concentrated, their unit price may appear so, however, with correct dilution they are often less per litre than traditional chemical products. They are certainly more effective than most. Q. Are these products as good as what I am using at the moment? A. Many products in this range are fully DEFRA approved, tried and tested against other leading brands. Each product has its own individual DEFRA reference code to support this. Q. Will these products affect my septic tank? A. These products will improve the efficiency of any septic tank resulting in fewer call outs and associated charges. Q. Are the products food safe? A.
