Strong element insert guide made by injection The air bubbles first diffuse in the full aeration cases before pushing evenly into each space of the element and thereby ensure that the mixing sludge flow upward. 4 Ecologix falt sheet module The Ecologix is based on a 0.2μm and 0.08μm,cPVC or PVDF membrane, originating from the Japan and Germany, supported by a PET non-woven layer. The membrane is welded onto a conventional rigid 6mm-thick ABS support plate fitted with a nozzle for permeate extraction. Two panel sizes of 0.86m 2 and 1.33 m 2 membrane area are offered, placed into the cassette with a panel spacing of 6mm. Both single deck and double deck units are available, with up to 400 panels fitted in the case of the double-deck. The EK and EW cassette comprise a membrane element block with a patented aeration block development by Ecologix engineering department. The aeration block consists of non-clogging, coarse bubble tubular membrane air diffusers to provide adequate oxygen for biological treatment and released evenly bubbles, push flow the wastewater into the 6mm spacing of each element and scouring the membrane surface prevent the membrane caking from mixing biosludge.
