Hence no change in land use is envisaged. The area required for proposed Group Housing Project Express Green II is already under possession of DLF. The land is vacant and is a site planned for residential developments according to Gurgaon Master Plan 2021 A. D. Relevant land documents are attached as 4

5 1.2 Clearance of existing land, vegetation and buildings? Annexure II. The total plot area for the construction of the project will be sq. m. ( acres). The land is presently devoid of any vegetation. The Green Belt shall be developed in about 21,462 sq. m (26.99%) of the plot area to provide beautiful and natural environment at the project site. Roadside plantation has been proposed on an area of about 16,176 sq. m (20.35.%) of the total plot area. Rest 5286 m 2 (6.64 %) area will be for lawns etc. The proposed site is an open land, possesses no vegetation and structure. Hence no clearance of structure and vegetation will be required. 1.3 Creation of new land uses? The project site is earmarked for residential development as per Gurgaon Master Plan 2021 A.D and will be developed as per the local building by-laws. 1.4 Pre-construction investigations e.g. bore houses, soil testing? Soil investigation was carried out and the results were found satisfactory. 1.5 Construction works? This is construction of a Group Housing project. The construction activities will be confined within the project site; there will no physical changes outside the project boundary. 1.6 Demolition works? demolition is required as the site is a vacant land. 1.7 Temporary sites used for construction works or housing of construction workers? The construction activities will be confined within the project site only. Construction workers approximately 250 numbers will be hired from nearby area and so no temporary labour hutments are proposed. 5

6 1.8 Above ground buildings, structures or earthworks including linear structures, cut and fill or excavations Excavation will be carried out for foundation and construction of basements. The total excavated quantity of earth material will be approx. 183,485 cu. m. The excavated earth material generated during construction of basements will be stacked / stored at separate place and every care shall be taken to prevent soil erosion. It is estimated to be 2200 kg/day ( kg/day from Residential populations and kg/day from floating 6

7 population ) The wastes will be collected from designated locations and segregated into inorganic and organic wastes. The inorganic non-biodegradable wastes will be sold to authorized vendors for recycling and the organic biodegradable wastes will be disposed into municipal bin for further disposal by local authority. Sets fuel HSD is 10 KLD) specified by the MSIHC rules. Suitable drainage and waste management measures will be adopted in both construction and operational phase, which will restrict stagnation of water o r accumulation of waste. There are no possibilities of the proposed project site getting flooded as per records available. IV. Proposed Terms of Reference: e: Environmental Baseline Study for One Season will be conducted for Air, Water, ise and Soil along with details of Flora, Fauna & Socio Economic conditions within the study area. EIA/EMP report will cover all the environmental aspects i.e. Air pollution, ise pollution, water pollution, land environment and solid waste management etc. in terms of the impacts on the environment due to the proposed activity and the Environmental Management Plan to reduce the impacts. The projects involving clearance under Coastal Regulation Zone tification, 1991 shall submit with the application a C.R.Z map duly demarcated by one of the authorized agencies, showing the project activities, w.r.t. C.R.Z (at the stage of TOR) and the recommendations of the State Coastal Zone Management Authority (at the stage of EC). Simultaneous action shall also be taken to obtain the requisite clearance under the provisions of the C.R.Z tification, 1991 for the activities to be located in the CRZ. 2. The projects to be located within 10 km of the National Parks, Sanctuaries, Biosphere Reserves, Migratory Corridors of Wild Animals, the project proponent shall submit the map duly authenticated by Chief Wildlife Warden showing these features vis-avis the project location and the recommendations or comments of the Chief Wildlife Warden "thereon (at the stage of EC)." 3. All correspondence with the Ministry of Environment & Forests including submission "of application for TOR/Environmental Clearance, subsequent clarifications, as may be required from time to time, participation in the EAC Meeting on behalf of the project proponent shall be made by the authorized signatory only.
