FEATURES: is a fully automatic direct drinking water purifier with five filtration systems. After installation, users only need to connect the input power supply. The purifier can automatically produce water, flush filters and shut-down when water tank is full or water supply is stopped. 1. After the water passes through the five filters, solid impurities in water such as suspended solids, sediment, red worms, rust, organic salts, soluble inorganic salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. can be effectively removed. 2. Tap water can become pure, delicious high-quality drinking water by reverse osmosis (RO) technology. 3. Mineralization filter can supply water with rare minerals needed by the body. This promotes the body's absorption of rare elements and is beneficial to human health. 4. It is a pure physical filtration process which does not induce any pharmaceutical or chemical reaction. The purified water can be directly used for drinking purposes. 5. Easy to operate, automatic and continuous production, water quality is stable. 6. The system can automatically shut down, when water level is insufficient. 2

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS: Name Vavie Water Purifier Series Model WA75-A No. WA Rated voltage 220V Rated power 25W Production 75G/d(about 180L/d) Storage tank size 3.2G Water resource city tap water Environment temperature 5~40 Water temperature 5~38 Water pressure 0.1~0.4MPa Perform standard WHO Guidelines for Drinking Water Quality (2011) Note: Specifications varies with improving model, above specifications applies only to current model. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING: 1. The preparation of installation tools Pipe wrench, adjustable wrench, screwdriver, drill, hole saw, thread seal tape. 2. The choice of installation location: According to users own conditions, choose a suitable installation location, and have professionals to install. Note: A. Purifier cannot be tilted and objects can not be placed on the purifier. B. Installation location should avoid direct sunlight, and ensure that there are reliable floor drain devices within range of 1.5 meters. 4

3. Installation steps: 1)Ensure that the packaging is intact and parts are complete. 2)Turn off the main inlet ball valve and cold water ball valve. 3)Install inlet tee: A. Take out the inlet tee from the accessories box, wrapped with thread seal tapes. B. Install inlet tee in the suitable location on the water pipe. 4) Install inlet ball valve. 5) Connect the inlet ball valve with PE pipe. Note: Determine the required length of PE pipe based on the positions of purifier and inlet. Estimate the length and connect the inlet ball valve with PE pipe. 6) Open the back cover of the purifier. Loosen the back shell (metal shell) screws, and open the back cover. Pay attention while removing the circuit cord plug. 7) The installation of RO membrane A. Remove RO membrane housing from the purifier, and then use a special wrench to unscrew the membrane shell cover. B. Insert the RO membrane element into the membrane housing, and then tighten the end cap. Note: A. When installing RO membrane elements, seal ring must be installed. B. The direction of RO membrane elements must be correct. C. Membrane housing cap must be tightened as much as possible to avoid leakage. 5

8) The placement of water purifier This purifier can be hung on the wall or be placed into the cabinet; placing in the cabinet is recommended. A. Install on the wall: Choose the appropriate location on the wall. Knock in the expansion screws after drilled holes with an electric drill, and make sure the expansion screws exposed 5-8 mm, and then hung the purifier on the wall. B. Install into the cabinet:directly place the purifier into the cabinet, or follow the Install on the wall installation methods above. 9)The connection of pipeline (Reference to the flow chart) PE pipe should be cut into the desired length, and then connect with the purifier. A. Insert one end of the PE pipe of Step 5) into the purifier s inlet. Make sure the connection is tightened. B. Connect purifier s storage port with storage tank by PE pipe. Make sure the connection is tightened. C. Connect purifier s purified water port with purified water tap by PE pipe. Make sure the connection is tightened. 6

Note: The connection method of PE pipe and quick connector is as follows: A. Remove the retaining clip on the quick connector, and then firmly insert the PE pipe. B. Replace the retaining clip, and pull gently outwards PE pipe to ensure reliable connection. Step 1 Step 2 Installation of quick connector: Quick connector is a pipe fitting, which can achieve rapid disassembly without any tool. It is compact, small, light, high temperature resistant, and interchangeable. The installation steps are as follows: Note: The retaining clip cannot be lost, and to avoid leakage, the clip must be installed after connection. 10)The installation of gooseneck faucet After the connection of purified water port and one end of PE pipe, the other end is connected to gooseneck faucet. Connection method is as follows: A. Choose the installation position of gooseneck faucet, and then drill mounting holes with diameter of 11 mm. B. Successively set the fixing piece and soft rubber gasket into the gooseneck faucet screw. C. Insert the gooseneck faucet screw into the mounting hole. D. Set into the soft rubber in order pads, hard rubber gasket, copper gasket, fixing nut into the gooseneck faucet screw, and tighten the nut with a wrench. 7

Note: Must install 6 mm plastic ring sleeve and pipe plug, otherwise gooseneck faucet will leak. The connection method of PE pipe and gooseneck faucet is as follows: A. Make PE pipe penetrate the nut, and prepare plastic ring sleeve and pipe plug. B. Put the plastic ring sleeve into PE pipe, and then insert the pipe plug into PE pipe. C. Insert the PE pipe with plastic ring sleeve and pipe plug into the gooseneck faucet screw. D. Screw the retaining nut on the screw and tighten. Ensure reliable connection. 4. COMMISSIONING: 1) Open the water ball valve of the purifier on tap water pipe. 2) Power on the purifier. High-pressure pump starts, concentration drains and all levels of the filter begin to work. 3) After opening the ball valve on the storage tank, the purifier starts to produce water normally. 4) When the Storage tank is full, the purifier automatically stops working. Then the water of storage tank should be drained for washing the post activated carbon filter. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times. 5) When water level in storage tank drops to a certain level, the purifier starts another cycle of work, then the purifier begin to work normally. 8

6) On pressing the purified water switch, we can obtain purified water. Note: During commissioning, please make attention to the operation of the purifier and pipe fittings in case of leakage. 5. MAINTENANCE AND CARE 1. Replace the filter regularly to maintain water purity In order to make sure every filter works properly and the water quality is up to the standard, users should reference the following time to estimate the replacement cycle (water production: 20L/day). Name Recommended replacement cycle(months) PP filter 3~6 UDF/CTO filter 6~8 ACF/UF filter 8~12 (ACF) /18~24(UF) RO membrane filter 12~36 Post carbon filter T33 8~12 Special remind: As the life of filter degrades due to the change of raw water temperature, raw water pressure, raw water quality, purified water usage and the use of the environment and so on, users should replace their filter according to the actual situation. 2. The replacement of filter 9
