2 INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION The City & Guilds NPTC Level 3 Award in Responsible Pesticide Management (QCF) (PA-RPM) is a new Award. Assessment This qualification is assessed by both oral and practical examination. Candidates are required to complete all assessment activities in all required units. The candidate may refer to the assessment materials booklet, appropriate reference materials, training materials or safety publications during the assessment. But they may not refer to the Qualification Guidance document during the assessment. The assessment material booklet has been produced to support candidates wishing to undertake this qualification. These assessment materials are to accompany the Qualification Guidance and may be used by candidates during the assessment.
