3 Containerised Water Purification Containerised Plants : Containerised plants include coagulation or flocculation, ultra violet and ozone dosing followed by pressured Maddox, Silica and Activated Carbon filtration, polishing to 5 or 10 micro cartridge filters. Activated Oxygen (Ozone) and UV are well known disinfection methods which are used to eliminate: Bacteria Algae Fungi Colour Pesticides Trihalomethanes In a Maddox filtration process it will remove heavy metals, irons and other pollutants from the water. Our treated water meets SANS standards for drinking water quality.

12 Water Purification Process: Pre-Filtration: prevents large debris from entering the system Sediment Filtration:5.0 micron sediment filtration Carbon Block Filtration: chemical removal and 0.5 micron filtration Ultraviolet Exposure: % elimination of bacteria / viruses including Choler Guaranteed Ultraviolet Exposure of 36,000 mw/cm2 for 8500 Hours (All lamps are hand made and the only pure quartz crystal lamp available on the market that is fully IP55 rated)

14 Water Conditioners: We also manufacture water conditioning systems for the treating of hard water. These plants help in preventing of scale build up, inhibits mineral precipitation on the inner side of the pipes and prevents pipes, water heaters and other fixtures from corrosion. This water system alters the crystalline behavior of Calcium and Magnesium ions. These ions lose their ability to cause adhesive scale. Problems like bad odor, bad taste, and reduced water pressure can also easily be addressed by this technology.
