3 Large User Tariffs How large user tariffs are calculated The Profile tariffs consist of three elements: An annual fixed charge A volumetric charge per cubic metre of water used A Maximum Daily Dem (MDD) charge per cubic metre of water used The Maximum Daily Dem (MDD) charge will be based on the maximum daily volume of water that you are likely to use. The charge will be fixed f the year, subject to an agreement that you will not take any water above this level without pri written consent from Anglian Water Business. If you exceed this volume in any 24-hour period the Maximum Daily Dem charge will be adjusted accdingly the new charge shall apply f the following 12 months. It is imptant that we agree an accurate Maximum Daily Dem figure, as going over this level will mean a rise in charges, no guarantee we ll be able to maintain this level of supply. The MDD charge is applied pro rata calculated as: [(MDD m3 x MDD charge per m3) / 365 days 366 in leap year] x Number of days in bill period Profile: If your site uses over 10,000 cubic metres of water a year, you will be charged on a Profile tariff. It may be possible to choose a non-potable supply should this be suitable, although there is limited availability. 7 The Mogden Fmula Trade effluent charges are calculated in line with the Ofwat-approved Mogden fmula, set out below, which is used by all sewerage companies.
