2 ENERGY CONSERVATION Our accomplishments: Electrical consumption reduced by more than 35% from base year of 2000 Energy density 0.85 compared to 1.42 for community colleges and 2.59 for universities Utilities budget same in 2009 as in 2001 despite utility rate increases and 29% increase in space
