(power outage vs 80% PR - 2 mon Maria) Resilience is not Redundancy: Redundancy: refers duplication of critical components or functions of a system to increase system reliability. (N+1) Resilience: widens the scope; it refers to the ability to plan for a natural or man-made hazardous event, absorb or avoid damage, and deliver optimal recovery.
