3 The big advantage of the machine A.condensing system How much oil yield rate you can make? It depends on the effect of the condensing system. The new special design is very simple, but it is very very useful. The main factors are as follows: First: The fast heating elimination 1. We use the steel plate to make the cooling pool, instead of the brick, because they can cool objects faster than brick. 2. And the steel plate has a longer life time than brick. Second: The large cooling area There are ten condensing pipes (D=219mm,L=6m) in the cooling pool, so the cooling area is 42m 2 Third: The better condensing effects The cooling pipes are of SNAKE shape so that the gas can circulation at the pipes and will has a long way and enough time for full condensing. Forth: Special design Some gas that can not turn to liquid under the normal temperature we call it waste gas. Our special design is to set the waste gas pipe through the cooling pool to the waste gas recycling system, this is because there still have some oil gas in the waste gas, so that the oil gas will be further condensed to make more oil yield rate. Fifth: Easy for cleaning the pipe We use the flanges and elbow to connect the cooling pipes, so it is very convenient to clean and maintain the pipe, and it also helps to extend the life time of the whole equipment. Sixth: safety 1.Our condensation style is the naturally cooling, and do not need electricity and recirculating water,and it is the energy conservation and it is suitable for the subject of the equipment. 2. You can think about: if the machine is running and suddenly the electricity is power failure,what's problem will be happened? (the condenser and the cooling tower need to use the circulating water and the should be use the motor to make the water circulating) For our machine it can still operation, Other condensation system,will be very danger,because they need circulating water and electricity, if the electricity is power failure the high temperature made the high pressure, and please to fancy what kind of uncertainty problem will be happened?

4 B.The Dedusting system Bag dedusting The new special design,can make the smock is no different from the air, colorless and smelless.. C. Safety: 1. we using auto welding machine to make the reactor,which can quarrantee the quality of welding seam,avoid cr acking and has a long life for about 5 years. 2. professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber for welding seam. 3. with professional thermometer, professiona pressure gauge and safety valve, and the alarm. The pressure should be under 0.04Mpa,and when the overpressure the safety valve will be auto-open,and the alarm will will be alarm. 4. It is dangerous to buning exhaust gas(c1 to C4). In our process, it is transferred first through the safty device a nd a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production. 5.After 6--8 hours condensation,and please look at the thermometer first, when the temperature is under 50 degree, can make the carbon black out,and when finish the output,open the feeding-door and take the steel out. Heating system Reactor Using 245R boiler steel and the thickness is between 14mm and 16mm.(The thickness would be adjusted according the requirements of the customers). The main engine uses horizontal-type of 360 o structure-0.4 r/min 2. Separation system Gas separator & Depositing tank Depart the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil. 3. Condensing system Cooling pool Refining theory, whatever distillation of solid crude oil or waste oil, all finish by heating to gasification and cracking, and then cooling, so there is close relationship between the yield rate and condensation. So the best and easy way is increase the area of condense and which make the biggest yield rate. 4. Exhaust disposal system Desulfurization dedusting, Water film cyclone, Bag dedusting Desulfurization dedusting: remove the sulphur(when use coal as fuel) and dust Water film cyclone: for the second removal.

Waste gas recycle system Water seal & Spray fire gun In the process of refining oil, when the gas is heated up to 150, it will produce a large amount of gas-ch 4& C4 H8, which cannot convert to liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure. However, these gases can be used as fuel, which is not only environment protection but also energy conservation. 6. Carbon black recycle system Heaving dragon screw conveyer The solid residua will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately take up 5% to 10% of the waste tyre. Its main component is the black carbon, which can be used as raw materials in industry, as well could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash to produce the raw material of the thermal power plant, and also could be applied to the manufacturing of the pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building material).
