Provisional status is indicated for Molybdenum by method SW B under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act as you are using an updated revision as compared to the last audit. The main requirements for maintaining the recognition of certification are (1) that your laboratory continue to report acceptable results, at least annually, for each certified parameter on proficiency test studies or on a follow-up to these studies; () that your laboratory continue to use EPA approved methods for analysis of each certified parameter ; and (3) that the NDELCP be notified, in writing, within thirty days of any changes in laboratory staff, equipment, or laboratory location that might impair analytical capability.
