6 Schedule 4 Tender checklist The checklist below provided may assist you in checking that you have submitting your tender in conformity with the following requirements for us to proceed to assess your tender against the Evaluation Criteria in Schedule 3. Have you entered all of the mandatory written information required to be inserted into the fields in the Tender Application Form for (i) catchment area; (ii) nominal entitlement; (iii) the water product (source of water); (iv) bid price ($ 45 per megalitre)?
