6 Schedule 4 Tender checklist The checklist below provided may assist you in checking that you have submitting your tender in conformity with the following requirements for us to proceed to assess your tender against the Evaluation Criteria in Schedule 3. Have you entered all of the mandatory written information required to be inserted into the fields in the Tender Application Form for (i) catchment area; (ii) nominal entitlement; (iii) the water product (source of water); (iv) bid price ($ 45 per megalitre)? Have all registered owners or lessees of the land to which your this tender applies completed all parts, signed and dated the Tender Application Form? If applicable, where a person or corporation on behalf of you under power of attorney executes the Tender Application Form, has a certified copy of the power of attorney been included with the tender. Has a statement with supporting evidence addressing the Evaluation Criteria been included? Have you made a separate tender for each water product you are applying for? Are you an owner of land as defined in section 203 of the Water Act you must be to make an application under this process.
