On the basis of consulting lots of efeence, I detemine the evaluation system of new enegy powe geneation pefomance in this pape, and detemine the weight of each evaluation index by employing hieachical compaison method. Using fuzzy mathematical knowledge to establish the fuzzy compehensive evaluation model of new enegy powe geneation pefomance, it is divided into 5 levels. fist-level index judgment vecto could be obtained by using expet judgment method to judge the second-level index. Gade judgment vecto of new enegy powe geneation pefomance could be obtained though fist-level index weight vecto. And the levels of new enegy powe geneation pefomance could be detemined based on the maximum pinciple. Keywods: Evaluation, fuzzy compehensiveness, new enegy powe geneation, pefomance. 1. INTRODUCTION Since efom and opening up, new enegy industy develops apidly in China. As the development of wind enegy, sola enegy, biomass powe geneation, nuclea enegy and intelligent electic gid, new enegy powe is widely used. Govenment and civilian oganizations have invested in new enegy constuction massively while new enegy powe ability is inceased fleetly. On this backgound, thee ae moe and moe elated eseaches on new enegy powe geneation pefomance evaluation [1, 5]. 2. THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDEX SYSTEM OF NEW ENERGY POWER GENERATION PERFOR- MANCE EVALUATION Based on the field wok combined with lots of efeence, 17 ating indexes fom fou aspects of new enegy powe geneation pefomance evaluation could be detemined in this pape [2]. specific details see Table BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF FUZZY MATHE- MATICS COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION METHOD Fuzzy mathematics compehensive evaluation method is one of the most common methods in fuzzy decision poblem, which is also a compehensive evaluation method to the things affected by multiple evaluation indexes based on fuzzy mathematics. aim is to detemine the facto sets and judgments sets of all evaluation indexes by using fuzzy mathematics knowledge system, and stuctue the gade evaluation matix, fix the judgement gade, theeby get the oveall evaluation [3]. 1. Detemine the evaluation facto set P = {p 1, p 2,, p n }, thee ae n kinds of evaluation indexes; 2. Detemine the gade evaluation setv = {v 1,v 2,,v m }, and m is the judgement gade numbe. 3. Detemine the fuzzy evaluation matix R = ( ij ) n m, the basic method can be divided into two steps: (1) Make a gade judgement f (p i ) ( i = 1,2,,n ) to all index factos P, you can get a fuzzy mapping f, fom P to V, namely f : P F(P), p i f (p i ) = ( i1, i2,, im ) F(V ) (2) You can induce a fuzzy elation R f F(P V ) fom the fuzzy mapping f, namely R f (p i,v i ) = f (p i )(v i ) = ij, i = 1,2,,n ; j = 1,2,,m, eby the fuzzy evaluation matix R = ( ij ) n m could be detemined (Table 2). CONCLUSION New enegy is vey impotant to a county, and its powe pefomance evaluation is paticulaly significant. Intoducing the fuzzy mathematical evaluation model, consideing the fou factos including technology, economy, envionment and the society, new enegy powe geneation pefomance is evaluated by this model. It is simple, fai and fast to cay out an evaluation, which also povide theoetical basis fo the sustainable development of new enegy. Due to the limited space and limited eading, it may have some defects in establishing the evaluation index system of new enegy powe geneation pefomance.
