3 PREFACE The Development Title of San Joaquin County, California has been kept current since August 30, 1978 through regular supplementation by Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., Book Publishing Company's successor in interest. Beginning with Supplement 82, Municipal Code Corporation will be keeping this code current by regular supplementation.
