7 THE WORLD'S LARGEST PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION BASE OF ASPHALT STATION FACTORY PLANNING Road Machinery Changde Industrial Park is located in the beautiful ancient city Shanquan - Deshan Economic Development Zone in Changde City, as a subsidiary Changde company of SANY Heavy Industry Road Machinery Business Department. The company upholds the enterprise tenet of Establishing the First-Class Enterprise, Bringing up the First-Class Talents, and Making the First-Class Contributions, and commits itself to build the industrial park into the global largest production base for road construction materials and package equipment. The construction of the company was begun in 2009, and the planned land occupancy is more than 1000mu. The 1st-phase project was already constructed and launched in product in 2011, mainly producing asphalt batching plant, and head regeneration equipment. It is estimated that the industrial park will be totally built up within 5 years, and the products will cover asphalt mixing equipment, asphalt transporting equipment, heat regeneration equipment, stabilized water mixing equipment, and other many fields, to achieve a production value exceeding RMB3 billion within 5 years. KEY EQUIPMENT At present, we are insisting on the principle of technical progress and technical innovation, according to the lean productionline manufacturing guideline and rational layout, to increase the equipment automation degree, with advanced, and mature production process and equipment adopted, to exert ourselves to build the SANY Heavy Industry Production Style (SPS) with the characteristics of SANY Heavy Industry, adaptable to production of construction machinery, so as to achieve Lean Production and Fine Products. The company has developed the steel pretreatment equipment, has introduced the fully automatic shot blasting, spray coating, and drying integrated painting line, and has imported the welding special robots and special machines, in addition to owning a large group of CNC processing equipment, and sheet metal cutting equipment (laser cutting, and fine plasma cutting machines), to achieve internationalization of production quality, and to strive for the company s whole manufacturing equipment and construction technology to catch up with the international advanced standard QUALITY MANAGEMENT At present, the company owns a complete set of quality management and control systems for control over the process from blanking to installation and adjustment, has solved multiple difficult bottleneck problems technically in terms of key techniques and key parts and components, and has obtained almost more than 50 national patents in the aspects of asphalt measurement, etc, which has ensured the reliability of product quality. 9 ENERGY EFFICIENT MIXING EFFICIENCY 15 % The domestic first set of thermal efficiency experimental platform is provided, with rationally matched drum blade arrangement and burner flame, and heat exchange efficiency reaches 85%. The stepless frequency-changing cold material control technology is applied, to achieve automatic feeding adjustment, and reduce overflow of hot aggregates. LARGE CAPACITY The higher industry output standard, and 15% capacity redundancy design have ensured that the volume of production is stable under the atrocious operating conditions. 10 LOW DUST EMISSIONS Dust removal system designed through flow field dynamics analysis software is applied, with a container type dust remover integrating the gravity dust removal and cloth bag dust removal into an organic whole. The gravity dust removal efficiency is 85%, and the tail gas dust concentration is 20mg/Nm3, after cloth bag dust removal, lower than the industry standard 100mg/Nm3 for 5 times. The Nomex 500g/m2 fiber cloth bag of Du Pont China exclusive agency is used, featuring strong corrosion resistance, long service life, and good filtration effect. HIGH MEASURING ACCURACY The asphalt scale is in the gravity-flow structure, with frequency changing control+ secondary measuring technique applied, for fall to be automatically corrected, and the asphalt measuring accuracy reaches: Static ±0.25%, and Dynamic ±1.0%. Powder Measuring Accuracy Reaching: Static ±0.25%, and Dynamic ±1.0% Asymmetric double-door structure is applied to aggregate measurement, fall to be automatically corrected, quick before slow, and the measuring accuracy reaches: Static ±0.3%, and Dynamic ±1.5%. 11 HIGH-PERFORMANCE SECURITY REMOTE INTELLIGENT DIAGNOSIS The mechanical electrical interlocking technique of the national patent technique is provided, while the safety mechanical locks are installed on the access doors of respective key parts, the safety electrical key is fitted on the corresponding electrical control cabinet, to ensure safe power cut when the access door is opened. STABLE AND RELIABLE OPERATION International famous brand components are purchased for all the key drive control elements. Zonal heating method is adopted for asphalt tank, typical of quick heating and energy saving. The system design program of one-stage cold dry, two-stage buffer, and staged filtration is applied to the maintenance-free pneumatic system, and the international famous brands are used for all the air compressor and original pneumatic parts, able to sustainably and reliably work under the extreme environment of -10 ~ 50.
