It will help develop practical, essential HR knowledge and skills needed by HR professionals. With the emphasis on strategic thinking it aims to ensure that your L&D management contributes to the success of your organisation. The qualification is ideal for those wanting to gain Chartered membership of the CIPD or that are wishing to progress into a more senior L&D position.
