In this egad, changes in the competitive and dynamic envionment, have pompted oganizations to maintain competitive advantage has always been competitive and thei custome satisfaction achieved and also gain new customes. Today, in all oganizations and sevice oganizations etain and attact key customes to impove oganizational pefomance, depending on the isk management oganization. A desciptive study was conducted this suvey. The population of Semnan univesity eseach centes have fomed. A total sample of 82 people. The sampling method is andom. The esults showed that the fou components of stategic pefomance management in the univesity centes of Semnan in good condition, and among some of the oganization's stategic pefomance management and isk management and thee is a nificant positive elationship. 2 Intoduction: The isk management basis fo sustainable gowth and a key to sustainable competitive advantage is an oganization's isk management also allows oganizations to use thei intangible assets and the utilization ceates value by impoving oganizational pefomance; on the othe hand the knowledge-based economy of today's highe education institutions as centes of human esouce development has an impotant ole to play in economic gowth and development of nations. Theefoe, this study ties to examine the elationship between isk management and stategic pefomance of the oganization, a deepe undestanding of the degee of isk management pocesses to impove the pefomance of the oganization's stategic five sample obtained. Risk wod has multiple meanings. Reseaches accoding to thei field of vision, have given a specific definition of isk. It can be agued that all thee factos in common definitions. Situations that ae associated with isk: 1) Opeating o action bought moe than one esult. 2) until touching the esult, of making any definite knowledge Results not available. 3) At least one of the possible esults soon could cause unwanted consequences. In othe wods, the uncetainty of the outcome of an action and exposue to a vaiety of isks ae the unknowns of the constituent components. Stategic Pefomance Management helps oganizations to intelligently monito the implementation of thei stategies and identify deviations and contadictions and deviations of thei oots and ultimately impovement pogams to maximize the ealization of the stategy followed by thei planning. Though stategic pefomance management system, oganizations will be able to also examine the implementation of stategies and pogams of health cae fo the ealization of stategic outcomes. To implement effective and efficient isk management should be stuctued set of fomal pocesses exist. In ecent yeas, numeous stuctues and institutions fo the implementation of the pocess is pesented books. The next step, accoding to the esults of the evaluation of the pobability of occuence and level of impact of the thee levels of the espondents fo each of the answes given, the effect of each isk on each of the tagets has been calculated and ating. Reseach Methodology Wheeas the esults of this eseach can be used in academic centes of Semnan povince, so as to taget eseach, applied eseach, and given that employees of Semnan univesity centes and infomation fom within the oganization Lean fom the expets using the questionnaie eceived, so as to suvey the field type is. Given that it is also the esult of eseach at the Univesity, the study is a case study. Random sampling is conducted by the concened depatments and validity was confimed by expets. 5

The esults showed samples in all aspects of stategic pefomance management is in good condition. The esults also evealed that the coelation between isk management and a nificant positive coelation with oganizational stategic pefomance management. Since this study was conducted among employees of the univesity centes of Semnan povince, ecommended a wide geogaphical aea and in othe simila oganizations in this study, and the esults compaed with each othe.
