Reporting Relationship The successful candidate will report to The Physician Network Manager. In this position they will work closely with the Programme Management Office, Digital Technologies Office, Digital Strategy Group, Deputy Chief Executive, external vendors and the wider business teams on the operations and delivery of Courses and Communities on The Physician Network. Post Summary As Digital Project Executive you will be responsible for supporting The Physician Network Manager with rolling out communities, courses and events via TPN in a way that will enhance the digital customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating community content plans and managing engagement strategies with community owners and contributors across the business including clinical leaders. Your job will also take an active part in the design and implementation of courses and events for delivery on TPN. Overall your role will play a major part in the RCPI transformation business change initiative. Standard Duties of the Post Duties will involve, but are not limited to: Supporting the TPN Manager with the delivery of a project plan and track and monitor progress throughout the lifespan of the project. Delivering the change management support required for the adoption of TPN for RCPI departments communications, engagement and courses and events.

2 Liaise with the community owner and all teams across the business to develop strong working relationships Develop and manage content plans with community owners & their clinical leads, community moderators and editorials boards Establish and manage cross-departmental working groups within RCPI as needed to ensure the business is aligned as clinician communities are rolled out on the Network Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record action items and allocate tasks accordingly. Assist and manage presentations and reports Assist the TPN Manager to coordinate project phases and track progress. Identify risks and possible solutions Collate feedback from the business and other stakeholders for PMO review and assessment. Continually work with the TPN Manager, the Deputy CEO, key vendors, the Programme Management Office and the Digital Technology Office to ensure technical and infrastructural functionality of TPN is delivered and functioning across desktop, mobile and the RCPI app. Qualifications and Personal skills Third level qualification Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Customer focused Possess strong analytical skills. Be savvy in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Microsoft project. Self-motivated with an ability to work in teams. Be enthusiastic, creative and keen to learn new skills with a positive attitude. Be able to work to deadlines. Attention to detail, conscientious and have an ability to work on your own initiative is also essential. Keep up to date with technology trends Desirable Experience in a medical administration environment Experience in Project Management Experience working with databases / website editing is desirable
