Bidder shall quote as per the following: Bidder shall quote for either of groups or combination of groups, only if, he possesses requisite qualifications as per the requisite evaluation clause of Special Instructions to Tenderers. Bidder has to mention the same in Tender forwarding letter clearly for which the bid(s) is/are to be submitted. For bidding in Group-A, Bidder has to quote in BOQ (Price Bid) of Tender No- BK/TS/900/ /19A - (Group A: Sabaura under PHBPL Barauni) For bidding in Group-B, Bidder has to quote in BOQ (Price Bid) of Tender No- BK/TS/900/ /19B - (Group B: Nawada Ben under BKPL Patna). For bidding in Group-C, Bidder has to quote in BOQ (Price Bid) of Tender No- BK/TS/900/ /19C - (Group B: Roopkhera & Amausi under BKPL Lucknow). Similar nature of work is defined as For bidding in Group A+B/ A+C/B+C/A+B+C: Any Civil Construction/ Maintenance works AND baseline study/ need assessment/ ensuring sustainability/ stakeholder & public consultation. * Note: If tenders do not have enough experience in the field of ensuring sustainability, they shall associate specialized agency/ NGO/ expert to carry out the work of ensuring sustainability as per scope of work well within completion time with due approve of Engineer-in- Charge. In this case they shall submit the declaration with the details of specialized agency/ NGOs/ expert who will carry out the work of ensuring sustainability. The specialized agency/ NGOs/ expert who will carry out the work of ensuring sustainability must have experience of conducting sustainability studies of CSR projects. Proforma of declaration is attached as ANNEXURE A. The completion certificate submitted by the bidder shall separately indicate the service tax amount included in the value of completed job OR a separate certificate from the respective client, mentioning the service tax amount if any, included in the value of completed job under consideration should be submitted by the bidder. In case service tax amount / component is not specified in the submitted completion certificate, then the amount equivalent to rate of applicable service tax for this tender shall be deducted from the value of completed job mentioned in the completion certificate to arrive at the value of the completed job without service tax before implementation of GST.
