18 Large Scale Health Risk Improvement By the end of 2013, our coaches helped improve, on average over 1 Health Risk for each of the 60,000 eligible employees. In summary, of the total eligible EE s: 41% Improved BP 36% Improved BMI 20% Increased Exercise 9% Reduced stress 3% Quit Tobacco By the end of 2013, nearly 60% of the eligible EE population achieved at least one health risk improvement, with: 26% improving 1 Risk 18% improving 2 Risks 14% improving 3+ Risks

The data provides a more conventional look at the changes in the coached population risk levels for BMI, Blood Pressure, Exercise and Stress. Baseline is the employee s measurement as of the time we began coaching them, and Most Recent is the measurement as of the employee s most recent coaching session.

NJ Township Mayor reported a year over year healthcare cost increase of 0%! Chemical Co. reported MSD injuries decreased 45%. Total cost savings of $2.3M! Hospital System reported absenteeism dropped over 50% after 2 years!

22 Group Healthcare Costs University of Michigan Study Analysis led by benefits consultant and performed by U of M for 1,500 life WCUSA client. At time of analysis, in addition to onsite coaching, Client offered employees wellness incentives, HA s, blood screens, and a variety of web based support wellness tools and resources. Healthcare Claims Results As the frequency of onsite coaching interactions per employee increase, healthcare costs per employee decrease. Health care costs for employees coached an average of 12+ times per year were $1,400 lower than for employees coached an average of only times per year.
