1 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Guess Canada? Corporation STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT GUESS? Canada Corporation is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. This plan outlines the steps that GUESS? Canada Corporation has taken and will take to meet the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and in particular the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. This plan is posted on GUESS? Canada Corporation s website, and is available in an accessible format upon request. This plan will be reviewed and updated at least once every five years. ACCESSIBLE EMERGENCY INFORMATION GUESS? Canada Corporation is committed to and will continue providing clients and employees with publicly available emergency information in accessible formats or with communication supports, as soon as practicable, upon request. We also provide employees with disabilities with individualized emergency response information, if the disability is such that the individual information is necessary, and GUESS? Canada Corporation is aware of the need for accommodation. With the employee s consent and when needed, the workplace emergency response information is provided to a person designated to provide assistance to the employee. Individualized workplace emergency response information is provided to employees as soon as practicable after GUESS? Canada Corporation becomes aware of the need for accommodation due to a disability. This information is reviewed when the employee moves to a different location in the organization, when overall accommodation needs or plans are reviewed, and when GUESS? Canada Corporation reviews its general emergency response policies.

2 These standards have been in place at GUESS? Canada Corporation since TRAINING In 2014, training relative to clients with disabilities was provided to all Store Management at GUESS? Canada in compliance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation on the requirements of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it pertains to persons with disabilities. The training presentation used during this initiative is also located on our employee portal, for ease of reference. As part of this training, GUESS Canada Corporation ensures our Store Level Staff know to advise customers with disabilities to contact our Customer Service Department with any issues either via the web or telephone. This training will be provided to members of store management as soon as practicable, after each person is assigned duties which necessitate the training. Store management will be responsible for passing the training along to store associates. This training will also be provided on an annual basis to Store Management. GUESS? Canada Corporation will keep a record of this training, including the number of employees trained and the dates on which training was provided. CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS Accessible customer service is about understanding that people with disabilities may have different needs and finding the best way to help them access goods and services. It can be as easy as asking How can I help? and making small changes to how you serve customers with disabilities GUESS? Canada Corporation is committed to excellence in serving all customers, including persons with disabilities, and it will carry out its functions in a manner which delivers an accessible customer service experience. It will do so by working to ensure that we provide a store and work environment that is free and clear of obstacles that may inhibit easy entry, exit and overall mobility of the customer. This includes working to ensure Ease of access around our sales floor spaces in between tables and fixtures should be safe and accommodate assistive devices Entry to our wheelchair accessible fitting rooms are free and clear of fixtures, boxes or obstacles Further to its commitment to provide ongoing accessible customer service, GUESS? Canada Corporation will continue to comply with the Customer Service Standard established under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

3 INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION Feedback: Since 2015, GUESS? Canada Corporation has ensured that its processes for receiving and responding to feedback are accessible to persons with disabilities, and will continue to do so by providing or arranging for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports upon request. Accessible Formats and Communication Supports: By January 1, 2016, GUESS? Canada Corporation will, upon request, provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities in a timely manner that takes into account the person s accessibility needs, at a cost that is no more than the regular cost to others, and in consultation with the person making the request. GUESS? Canada Corporation will notify the public about the availability of accessible formats and communication supports. Unconvertible Information or Communications: If GUESS? Canada Corporation determines that information or communications are unconvertible, it will provide the person making the request for the information or communication with an explanation and a summary of the unconvertible information or communication. Website Accessibility: Where practicable, GUESS? Canada Corporation will make any new internet website and web content on those sites, or any significant refresh of its website, conform with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A. This practice came into effect in January EMPLOYMENT GUESS? Canada Corporation is committed to fair and accessible employment practices across all facets of employment. This includes providing accessibility across all stages of the recruitment cycle, ensuring that barriers in accommodation and return to work processes are eliminated and corporate policies surrounding accommodation and return to work are followed, where applicable. GUESS? Canada Corporation is also committed to taking into consideration, the accessibility needs and any accommodation plans of its employees for the purposes of performance management, career development and advancement, and redeployment. Planned Action: GUESS? Canada Corporation will take the steps and comply with the standards set out below beginning on January 1, These standards apply to employees and not volunteers or other unpaid individuals.

4 I. Recruitment: Guess? Canada Corporation will take the following steps to notify the public and staff that, when requested, Guess? Canada Corporation will accommodate people with disabilities during the recruitment and assessment process, and when job applicants are individually selected to participate in an assessment or selection process.. If a selected applicant requests accommodation, GUESS? Canada Corporation will consult with the applicant and provide or arrange for the provision of a suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the person s accessibility needs.. Further to these commitments, GUESS? Canada Corporation will: Have available the documentation to notify candidates about our accommodation practices. Ensure that the recruiter or hiring manager consult with the candidate prior to a formal interview in order to determine any accommodation requirements. II. Accessible Formats and Communication Supports Upon request by an employee with a disability, GUESS? Canada Corporation will consult with the employee to provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports in respect of: Information that is needed in order to perform the employee s job; and Information that is generally available to employees in the workplace. GUESS? Canada Corporation will consult with the employee making the request in order to determine the suitability of an accessible format or communication support. III. Individualized Accommodation Plans/Return to Work Process GUESS? CANADA CORPORATION will develop and implement a return-to-work process for employees who have been absent from work due to a disability and require disability-related accommodation in order to return. This process will be documented and will outline the steps GUESS? Canada Corporation will take to facilitate the return to work and will include the use of individual accommodation plans. IV. Performance Management, Career Development and Redeployment GUESS? CANADA CORPORATION will:

5 Take into account the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities and, as applicable, their individualized accommodation plans, when assessing and managing performance, managing or providing career development and advancement or when redeployment is required. Career development and advancement includes providing additional responsibilities, the movement of an employee from one job to another which may provide greater responsibility, compensation and/or place the employee at a higher level, or any combination of these. If GUESS? Canada Corporation has the need to reassign or redeploy employees to other departments or jobs as a result of job elimination, it will take into account their accessibility needs and accommodation plans..
