3 Step 2: Identify your timeline Your successful onboarding means we have to work within your timeline. lf you already have some idea of when you need to have things done, great! Start there. If you need some guidance, we recommend you plan your timeline around these important milestones. Build your project around these events Suggested timeframe 55Kickoff call with Adobe Within first 10 days 55Begin testing goal Within first 30 days 55Go-live goal Within first 45 days 55End-user training Within first 60 days Is anything missing? These are only a few of many possible milestones that might be important to your particular use cases. Add any dates or goals that are specific to your organization's needs. Adobe Sign Project Plan Step 2: Identify your timeline

4 Step 3: Define document workflow requirements Your business has specific requirements when processing your documents through an electronic workflow. We recommend you write down all relevant existing workflows and processes to fully understand the requirements that must be transitioned to the Adobe Sign digital workflow. Consider these digital transition elements 55Existing environment: List migration requirements from another service, identify need for Professional Services technical guidance, etc. 55Current workflow: Fully document the current document processes within your chosen use case. 55Integration requirements: Identify any existing business systems (Salesforce, Workday, Apptus) that will have specific requirements for an e-signature workflow. 55Number of signers: Estimate how many people in your organization will need access to (and training for) Adobe Sign. 55List and description of document templates: Identify all relevant documents that are currently used as templates in the chosen use case. 55Security requirements: SSO, Signer ID, etc. Adobe Sign Project Plan Step 3: Define document workflow requirements

5 Step 4: Build out use case You have prepared yourself and your team, and are now ready to deploy. Adobe Onboarding will be with you at every stage of deployment, providing guidance on how to successfully roll out your new e-signature workflow. What to do next 55If you have not already done so, schedule a kickoff call with your Sign Onboarding Manager. 55Your successful deployment will involve assistance from your colleagues. Reach out and connect with them. Some examples may be your Salesforce admin, HR ops, or API developer. 55Your document templates will need to be updated to fully take advantage of the Adobe Sign service. Start identifying and collecting copies of your documents to review during your Onboarding. 5 5 Developing and building your new electronic workflows is a strategic initiative. Your customers, new hire candidates, and internal executives will likely be the signing recipients of your Adobe Sign powered digital transformation. It is important that you build a testing phase into your project so there are no errors. Defining a testing group is a best practice to catch anything that might need to be improved or fixed in order to build the ideal experience for your customers. Congratulations! You've completed all the critical planning for your deployment of Adobe Sign. You're ready to put the plan into action: contact your onboarding manager to get started.
