PRIMARY OBJECTIVE T ensure the effective develpment, implementatin and evaluatin f prgrams and prjects funded thrugh the Adult, Cmmunity and Further Educatin Bard, wrking with external stakehlders and partners. 3 POSITION CONTEXT The ACFE Prjects Leader (CAE) is respnsible fr prviding leadership in the develpment and management ACFE prgrams and prjects including pre-accredited prgrams fr the Schl f Fundatin Studies and Adult Learning. The psitin reprts t the Head f Schl Fundatin Studies and Adult Learning. This psitin interacts with stakehlders and leaders in the Learn Lcal sectr, including members f the ACFE Bard and their executive team. The psitin is required t ensure that BHI Grup retains its pre-eminent psitin as a quality educatin prvider and is a first chice fr educatin and training. This invlves establishing and maintaining prductive relatinships within the BHI Grup, the Learn Lcal sectr, external stakehlders and prgram participants. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Educatinal Excellence Ensure pre-accredited and ther ACFE prject administratin prcesses are cnsistent with quality standards and in cmpliance with legislatin, timelines, reprting bligatins and BHI Grup plicies and prcedures Educatinal Quality and Effectiveness Manage the administratin prcesses and cmmunicatin assciated with current r prspective stakehlder/client needs Oversee the administratin prcesses t ensure accurate and timely enrlment f students Advise and assist the Head f Schl n financial matters including preparatin f prject budgets, reprts and recnciliatins. Ensure effective recrd management prcesses are adhered t including preparatin and strage f rlls and ther student recrds which may be utilize fr audit purpses. Ensure administratin dcumentatin and generatin f statistical data is readily available and in line with the Standards fr Registered Training Organizatins Mdel the BHI Grup Cde f Cnduct thrugh apprpriate behaviur and facilitate the develpment f a team based apprach.
