Graffin (Chair), Michael Pfarrer, Timothy Quigley B.B.A. Fox School of Business, Temple University (2014) Majors: Finance & Accounting Business Honors Program, Summa Cum Laude RESEARCH INTERESTS My research interests focus on three domains: strategic leadership, corporate governance, and stakeholder strategy. I am specifically interested in how executives experiences outside of the workplace, as well as their personality traits, affect their strategic decisions and firm competitive advantage. I am also passionate about CEO succession, and in particular, how firms can best manage the transition from one CEO to the next.
