9 Customer Engagement Activities Pin a Medal Counter Customers are encouraged to thank the associates / mall staff by pinning a medal / a Thank you sticker. The medals/ Thank you stickers can be made available at various customer touch points like dressing room, billing counter, customer service desk, Security check areas, Elevators etc., Ideal time for execution: 2 weeks

10 Customer Engagement Activities Post-it Wall A huge Post-it wall can be erected in the mall encouraging customers to leave thank you messages to the employees. This can be in-turn amplified to a level where a message is formed out of all the post-its. Eg: Thank you Mall We Love Shopping here Ideal time for execution: 3 weeks

11 Customer Engagement Activities Thank You Tree We place a Tree at the exit gate/ Atrium space of the Malls. Near to the tree we place a bowl with small Thank you notes written. The notes will have pre-written thank yous and also space for name of the employee. ( Optional). There will be a volunteer who will ask the customers to put up a thank you note on the tree for the staff. Ideal time for execution: 3 weeks

12 Customer Engagement Activities Digital Board A digital board/ Count down timer in the Atria Space showing the number of medals pinned/ no. of Thank yous received. It can also be a countdown for Retail Employees day.

15 Customer Engagement Activities Thank You Wall A huge wall erected in the Mall Atrium space. The wall will have the names of all the employees working in the store. Customers walking into the mall are encouraged to pin a medal/ Thank you sticker to the wall.
