We are strongly committed to working with the public sector in Education, Health, Defence and Justice. One third of our turnover comes from joint ventures, the majority of which are with the public sector. As a major employer we have a vested interest in developing successful, capable young people. The Trust will be established in a scalable and sustainable way that will enable it to undertake properly considered expansion, building on proven practice to create a strong multi-chain network that supports academies at all levels. 5 EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE How will we work with schools? All of our academies will be supported to progress to outstanding. When establishing an academy, the needs of each school will be audited and assessed against out Trust standards This audit will result in a bespoke support plan mapping the route to outstanding in these areas. The Trust is committed to promoting a positive climate for continuous learning; continual professional development is the means by which the academy is able to motivate and develop its staff. It does so at a variety of levels individual, team, whole school and through the wider networks of the Trust with an emphasis on collaborative learning.
