1 MENTOR A Position: Architect This mentor is an Architect with experience of Housing; Mixed-use Developments; Urban Regeneration and Community Engagement. MENTOR B Position: Asset Manager This mentor has experience of working for an arms-length management company proving expertise in Asset Management including responsive repairs, planned maintenance and development. MENTOR C Position: Company Secretary, Head of Governance, Legal and Compliance. This mentor has a background in Social Housing and expertise as a Company Secretary with knowledge of Governance; Compliance; Law and Performance.

2 MENTOR D Position: Assistant Director This mentor has a background in Social Housing and experience of working for an ALMO. Her areas of expertise include Strategic Leadership; Change Management; Housing Management including tenancy management & enforcement; income recovery; empty homes management; customer services. MENTOR E This mentor is a specialist in Data Protection Law and Social Housing with expertise in Governance; Risk Management; Development; Performance Reporting and Quality Assurance. MENTOR F This mentor provides consultancy development services for Housing Associations and has expertise in business planning, business development and tendering.

3 MENTOR G Position: Partner This mentor has a background in the legal profession and expertise in Governance and Regulation particularly for the social housing sector. She would particularly like to mentor people who are moving into middle or senior management roles, or women who have struggled with the return to work from maternity leave but can help with the following: MENTOR H Position: Senior Internal Auditor This mentor has a background in Public Sector (Housing/Education/Police) and experience of Housing Management; LLHS; Assets and liabilities register and Development. MENTOR I Position: Head of Customer Contact This mentor has a background in Social Housing and expertise in Housing Management; Contact Centre Management and Customer Service.

4 MENTOR J This mentor is experienced in delivering leadership and team development programmes within the housing sector. MENTOR K Position: Managing Director This mentor has a background in Housing Management and expertise in Governance; Performance Management and Organisational Development. MENTOR L Position: Partner Housing and Regeneration This mentor works in the legal sector, providing advice on real estate, leasehold, governance and charging/securitisation matters.

5 MENTOR M Position: Finance Manager This mentor has a background in accountancy and finance for the housing sector. MENTOR N Gender: Male This mentor has a background in private sector house building and experience of working within the social housing sector. His key areas of expertise include housing development, leadership and politics. He can help with the following: MENTOR O Position: SHEQ manager (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality). This mentor has expertise in Customer Service/Resident Liaison; Event Management (including Regeneration Consultation); Quality Management/Compliance and Business Development within the construction and management maintenance sectors.

He can help with the following: MENTOR Q Position: Executive Director People and Performance This mentor has a varied background spanning Housing, Education, Charities and Commercial. She has expertise in Strategy; Planning; HR; Communications & Marketing; Governance; Performance and Coaching. MENTOR R Position: Housing Services Director This mentor works for a not-for-profit social housing provider and has expertise in Housing Management.

7 MENTOR S Position: Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development This mentor has a background in HR and has expertise in Employment Law; Unionised environments; Stock Transfer; Health & Safety; Equality & Diversity; TUPE and Subsidiary set up (employment / joint contracts). MENTOR T This mentor runs a Housing Consultancy and has expertise in housing management, customer engagement, community development, supported housing and homelessness.

8 MENTOR U Position: Head of Lettings, Resales and PRS This mentor has a background in social housing and expertise in lettings (social and private rented); re-sales Shared Ownership; Housing Management General Needs, Temporary Accommodation, Keyworker and Private Rented Sector and Income Management. MENTOR V Position: Managing Director This mentor has a background in Social Housing, Construction and Facilities Management and expertise in Operational, Commercial and Financial Leadership; Business Planning and Reporting; Relationship Management; Strategic Asset Management; Business Management; Mobilisation and Demobilisation of large projects; Service Delivery of repairs, voids and Capital Works Programmes; Development of Contracts for Procurement and Holistic Fire Risk Assessment Work Programmes.

During the past decade, she has successfully applied her knowledge and skill to assist and advise both the public and private sector on affordable housing issues, delivering complex development sites across London, the South East and in the Midlands.
